Meggers; North thence 89 degrees 35’ west, along the south line of said Meggers land, a distance of 405.90 feet passing through an iron pipe stake at 375.90 feet to the center line of said Roosevelt Avenue, thence south 0 degrees 17’ west along the said Roosevelt Avenue, a distance of 150.88 feet to this place of beginning containlng 1.406 acres of land as surveyed and described by N.
