Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee For Morgan Stanley Ixis Real Estate Capital Trust 2006-2 Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2006-2, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 14CF002426 in the Court of Common Pleas Lake County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Linda F. Roberts, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 1317 East 351st St, Eastlake, OH 44095-3040, PPN #34A007J000280. The Petitioner further al leges that by reason of default of the Defendant^) in the patient of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
