News-Herald, City of Kirtland Public Notice Kirtland City Council meets in regular session at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 2, 2015, at the Kirtland Municipal Center, 9301 Chillicothe Rd., Kirtland, Ohio. The City’s Board of Tax Review will meet following the conclusion of the regular Council meeting to consider requests to abate penalties and interest on delinquent income taxes and such other matters as may be related thereto.
