News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING The Painesville Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a re-opened public hearing on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at 55 Nye Road, Painesville Township Hall, on the following: #14-BZA-27 Lan-Mark Homes of Ohio LLC filed an application to allow two cantilevered bays on the northerly side wall within a minimum sideline clearance of 5 feet on property located at 1479 Villa Grande Drive, Permanent Parcel No. 11-B-043-G-00-001-0, in violation of the approved minimum side yard setback of 7.5 feet for the Villa Grande FPUD district. The text of the proposed requests shall be available for examination commencing January 28, 2015, in the Painesville Township Office, 55 Nye Road, from 9:00 to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays excepting holidays.
