News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to Section 1345.01(h) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Willoughby, notice is hereby given that an Environmental Assessment Statement is on file with the Clerk of Council of the City of Willoughby regarding the following described project: EAS#1-1-15 Proposed project will be four buildings (4,953 sq. ft each) containing a total of 60 residential units (Court House Square) on 1.41 acres of land located on Vine Street next to the Willoughby Municipal Court and the Jehovah Witness Building.
