News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE The Madison Township Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday February 9th, 2015 at 7 pm at Madison Township Hall, 2065 Hubbard Road Madison, Ohio. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear Amendments to the Madison Township Zoning Resolution, to amend/modify Sections 109.7, 110.7 Parking requirements, 114.3 Permitted Use Table, 123,3 Riparian Setbacks, 127.5.1 Parking Table- Multi-Family, 128.2 adding B-3 to Signs, 142.7.2, adding B-3 to include Storage Trailers Is a Conditional Use, Amend Section 143 in its entirety and 145- Violations and Penalties. Recommendations obtained from these hearings will be forwarded to the Madison Township Board of Trustees for a decision. This is a Public Hearing, open to all constructive comments.
