RESOLUTION 4-15: A Resolution Authorizing And Directing The City Manager To Advertise For Bids And To Enter Into Contracts With The Lowest And Best Bidders For Furnishing Materials, Supplies And Services To Various Departments/Divisions Of The City Of Painesville, And Declaring An Emergency. RESOLUTION 5-15: A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Advertise For Bids And Enter Into A Contract With The Lowest And Best Bidder, Including Any And All Ensuing Change Orders For Waterline Replacements On W. Walnut Ave., Lexington Ave., And Pinehill Rd.
