News-Herald, Public Notice The Council of the City of Kirtland, at its meeting on January 5, 2015, adopted as an emergency Resolution No. 15-R-2 declaring intent to conduct an internet auction for the sale of unneeded, obsolete or unfit personal property of the City of Kirtland during the calendar year 2015. As specified in ORC Section 721.15(D), the personal property disposed of through internet auction may include motor vehicles acquired for the use of municipal officers and departments, road machinery, equipment, tools or supplies, any of which is either unneeded, obsolete, or unfit for the use for which it was acquired. The internet auction will be conducted through a representative, GovDeals.com, under the general terms and conditions as set forth in Resolution No. 15-R-2. The Mayor is appointed the City’s representative for purposes of administering the internet auction program. The complete text of Resolution 15-R-2 may be obtained or viewed at the office of the Clerk of Council, Kirtland Municipal Center, 9301 Chillicothe Road, Kirtland, Ohio.
