News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE Concord Township Board of Trustees Public Hearing The Concord Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. located at Concord Town Hall, 7229 Ravenna Road in Concord Township, for the following proposed amendments to the Concord Township Zoning Resolution, as outlined below: Zoning Amendment Application #1114-0137 by RHB Holdings LLC, requesting a zoning map amendment for 8.541 acres of land on Auburn Road (PPN 08-A-020-0-00-033-0, PPN 08-A-020-0-00-030-0, and part of PPN 08-A-020-A00-004-0) owned by Concord Real Estate Investments, LLC. The applicant is requesting to rezone 8.541 acres of land to the GH, Gateway Health District of which 1.945 acres is currently within the RD-2, Research & Limited Industrial District and 6.596 acres is currently within the GB, Gateway Business District, for a proposed Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility.
