News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE The Perry Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at the Perry Township Administrative Offices, 3740 Center Road, on January 21, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. to hear the following Appeal: Appeal 01-15: Filed by Marie Holloway, pertaining to property located at 2736 North Ridge Road, Permanent Parcel Number 03-A-O06-A00-026-0. This property is located in a Commercial (B) Zoning District. The applicant requests authorization from the Board of Zoning Appeals in regards to Section 409.08 Signs Permitted in Commercial Districts. The applicant is requesting two variance requests. The first request is construct building signage with a total of 125 square feet. The zoning regulations allows 75 square feet. This would be a variance of 50 square feet or 66%. The second request is to place the free standing sign 11’ 1 ” high. The zoning regulation requires maximum sign height to be 8 feet. The applicant is seeking a variance of 3’ 1” or 39%. Karen L.
