Willoughby, Ohio 44094 to hear the following appeal: The appeal of Shawn and Christine Evans of 5067 Nan Linn Dr. in a R-60 zone district for NOTICE OF NONCOMPLIANCE of C.O. 1131.ll(i)(2) and of C.O. 1131.11(i)(1) for 3’ and 4’ tall board- on-board fencing with 25% opening of the required 3’ height and 50% opening when located on a corner lot within 25’ of a public right- of-way.
