News-Herald, LEGAL Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the City of Willoughby Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in Willoughby Municipal Hall at One Public Sq. Willoughby/ Ohio 44094 to hear the following appeal: The appeal of Lou Belknap of Agile Signs and agent for First Presbyterian Church of 4785 Shankland Rd. in a Residential Multi-Family Low-Rise zoned district for NOTICE OF NONCOMPLIANCE of C.O. 1135.03 and of C.O. 1103.03(b)(153) for an off-site ground sign at P.P.#27A-16-5 Euclid Ave., a vacant parcel owned by the Church. If permitted as an accessory use the sign is non-compliant of C.O. 1163.04(c) for 80 sq. ft. of the allowable 30 sq. ft. sign area, of C.O. 1163.05(a)(3) for a 5’ front yard setback of the required 7’ and of C.O. 1163.06 for the 7’5” height of the allowable 6’ height. Persons affected may appear at said hearing and may speak for or against the proposal either in person or by attorney.
