News-Herald, CITY OF WILLOWICK PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Willowick will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Codified Ordinance 1135.05 of the City of Willowick on Monday, January 12, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Room of Willowick City Hall, 30435 Lakeshore Blvd., Willowick, Ohio. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the proposed amendment submitted by the Marucci Group, LLC through its agent, B. R. Knez Construction, Inc, to the existing Zoning Map of the City of Willowick to change a portion of the Multi Family District to the Single Family District on Lakewick Drive at the Shoreland Crossings Development. Legal description for the land proposed to be rezoned include all of Sublots 68-100 of the Shoreland Crossings Subdivision No. 2 as shown on plat recorded in volume 54, pages 32-34 of the Lake County Plat Records. The complete proposed amendment application with supporting documents and legal descriptions are available for public review during normal business hours at Willowick City Hall, Clerk of Council’s Office, at 30435 Lakeshore Blvd., Willowick, Ohio. Upon conclusion of the Public Hearing, the Planning Commission will take action on the proposed amendment and submit it to the City of Willowick Council for review and action. Persons affected may appear at said hearing and speak for or against the requested amendment either in person or by attorney.
