Parcel II Situated in the City of Willoughby, County of Lake and State of Ohio, and known as being a part of Original Lot No. 118 in said City and being further known as the rear of Sublot No. 6, 7 and 8 of Valley Garden Allotment (now vacated) as shown by the recorded plat in Volume G of Maps, Pages 47 and 48 of Lake County Records and is bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of land, now or formerly owned by One Oldrieva, which is 485.40 feet measured Southerly along said Oldrieva Northeasterly corner; Thence at right angle, Easterly 150.00 feet to the Northwesterly corner of Lot No. 9 in said Valley Garden Allotment; Thence along the Westerly line of said Sublot No. 9, 57.50 feet to the Southwesterly corner of said Lot No. 9; Thence Westerly, 130.00 feet parallel to the Northerly line of said Lots 6, 7 and 8, 160.00 feet to a point in said Oldrieva Line; Thence along said line, Northerly, 57.50 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.198 of an acre of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Consisting of house and lot(s).
