News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE The Board of Building and Zoning Appeals of the City of Willoughby Hills will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at 8:00 P.M. in the City Hall, 35405 Chardon Rd. Willoughby Hills, Ohio for the purpose of hearing an appeal from the decisions of the Zoning Administrator. Case No. 2014-6: Patricia A Grace, 2398 Trailard Dr., requests a variance to construct a 100 sq. ft. accessory building 3’ from the left side lot line. The building will be located behind the house/garage front setback line. Section 1133.10(f), Schedule 1133.10(b) of the Codified Ordinances prohibits detached accessory buildings less than 15’ from the side lot line.
