News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE The Perry Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at the Perry Township Administrative Offices, 3740 Center Road, on November 12, 2014 at 7:15 p.m. to hear the following Appeal: Appeal 04-14: Filed by Randy Morris, pertaining to property located at 4231 South Ridge Road, Permanent Parcel Number 03-A-052-000-022-0. This property is located in a Commercial (B) Zoning District. The applicant requests authorization from the Board of Zoning Appeals in regards to Section 301.03 Areas, Setback and Height Regulations. The applicant is requesting to construct an addition to his current residence that would be 11 feet from the side property line.
