News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE The Perry Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at the Perry Township Administrative Offices, 3740 Center Road, on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. to hear the following Appeal: MAILING ADDRESS - P.O. BOX 65, PERRY, OHIO 44081 Appeal 03-14: Filed by John Munro, M&M Construction (on behalf of Joe & Nerida Krukowski), pertaining to property located at 2509 Circle Drive, Permanent Parcel Number 03-A-002-A-01-028-0. This property is located in a Residential (R) Zoning District. The applicant requests authorization from the Board of Zoning Appeals in regards to Section 301.03 Areas, Setback and Height Regulations. The applicant is requesting to construct a 24: X 40 (960 square foot) accessory building. All other accessory buildings on the property will be removed. The Zoning Resolution allows the maximum aggregate floor area of all accessory buildings on a lot of less than % acre to be 720 square feet. The applicant is seeking a variance of 240 sq. ft. or 33%.
