News-Herald, NOTICE OF ELECTION IN EXCESS OF THE TEN-MILL LIMITATION WILLOUGHBY HILLS CITY Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Ordinance 2014-36 adopted by the Council of the City of Willoughby Hills, there shall be submitted to the voters of Willoughby Hills City at the General Election to be held November 4, 2014 at the regular places of voting in the City, the following question A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Willoughby Hills City for the purpose of providing funds for the general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing and repair of streets, roads, bridges and the replacement and repair of necessary road equipment and machinery including but not limited to materials, labor and facilities at a rate not exceeding 2.5 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to 25 cents for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five years, commencing in 2015, first due in calendar year 2016. The polls for such Election shall open at 6:30 a.m. and shall close at 7:30 p.m. By Order of the Lake County Board of Elections David A.
