News-Herald, NOTICE OF ELECTION IN EXCESS OF THE TEN-MILL LIMITATION WILLOUGHBY-EASTLAKE PUBLIC LIBRARY Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Board of Education of the Willoughby-Eastlake City School District, Ohio, adopted on June 23, 2014, and resolutions adopted by the Board of Library Trustees of the Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library on April 21, 2014 and May 19, 2014, there will be submitted to the voters of the School District, at the General Election to be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at the regular places of voting in the School District, the following question A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library for the purpose of current expenses at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to 10 cents for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five years, commencing in 2014, first due in calendar year 2015.
