News-Herald, NOTICE OF ELECTION IN EXCESS OF THE TEN-MILL LIMITATION MORLEY LIBRARY (LAKE COUNTY LIBRARY DISTRICT) Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Resolution adopted by the Commissioners of Lake County, there shall be submitted to the voters of Lake County Library District at the General Election to be held November 4, 2014 at the regular places of voting in the District, the following question A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Morley Library, Lake County Library District, for the purpose of current expenses at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to 10 cents for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five years, commencing in 2014, first due in calendar year 2015.
