The Lake County ESC and Lake/Geauga Shared Services Regional Cooperative members will be accepting BIDS using an online bidding process for the furnishing of the necessary materials and construction of its 2014-2015 TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM FOR THE LAKE COUNTY ESC and ELIGIBLE EDUCATIONAL and GOVERNMENTAL MEMBERS FOR THE ESC Bidding information other than pricing must be submitted to the Lake County ESC Superintendent at 382 Blackbrook Road, Painesville, OH 44077 by 12:00 NOON, LOCAL TIME ON Monday, October 27, 2014. This information may be evaluated to determine those bidders best qualified to participate in the online bidding process. The resulting online bid will be held by the Lake County ESC Superintendent at the Auburn Vocational Center, 8140 Auburn Road, Painesville, OH 44077 on Thursday, October 30, 2014 • 10:00 AM, LOCAL TIME and can be publicly viewed at that time and place. 2. The proposed work consists of the offering of technology products for the Lake County ESC and eligible educational and governmental members for the ESC, in accordance with the specifications which are on file in the office of the Lake County ESC Superintendent. 3. The Bidding Documents, with specifications may be obtained by registering for free access to the online bidding platform at ra.lakegeaugacoop.com and downloading the documents. 4. Eligible educational and governmental members for The Lake County ESC includes all governmental and quasi-governmental public entities from Lake and Geauga Counties, including, but not limited to: • Auburn Career Center • Beachwood City Schools • City of Painesville • Lakeland Community College • Lake County BDD/Deepwood 5. The Lake County ESC and eligible educational and governmental members for the ESC reserve the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive all information not involving price, time, or changes in the work.
