Sutt by deed recorded in Volume 580, Page 233 of Lake County Deed Records, a distance of 191.95 feet to a point in the East line of land so conveyed to Hoberg; Course V: Thence due North, along said East line of Holberg, a distance of 128.84 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.560 acres of land as calculated and described from Lake County Records by Edward L.
