News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE - PUBLIC HEARING The Painesville Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold public hearings on Tuesday, October 14, 2014, at 6:30 p.m., at 55 Nye Road, Painesville Township Hall, on the following: #14-BZA-18 David S. Haynes filed an application to allow construction of a 28 x 40 ft attached garage with a left sideline clearance of 5 ft and a rear line clearance of 16 ft on property located at 21 Sycamore Drive (Permanent Parcel No. 11-B-041-G-01-025-0), owned by David Haynes, in violation of Section 15.03(A)(l)which requires 10 ft sideline and 25 ft rear line clearances. #14-BZA-19 George and Leslie Gillen filed an application to allow removal of an existing 5 x 5 ft front porch deck and construction of an 11 x 10 front porch deck which will reduce an existing legal non-conforming front setback of 45.5 ft to 40.5 ft on property located at 524 Riverside Drive (Permanent Parcel No. 11- A-003-A-00-033-0), owned by George and Leslie Gillen, in violation of Section 7.05 which does not permit violating to a greater degree a non-conforming use. #14-BZA-20 Painesville Food Mart filed a conditional use application for a gas station in a B-3 zoning district furnishing 2 dual pump units (4 dispensers) under canopy on property located at 1860 North Ridge Road (Permanent Parcel No. 11-B-031-A-00-001-0). #14-BZA-21 Chiagkumar or Vishal Patel filed an application for permission for fuel pump setback of 40 feet in violation of Section 12.05(H)(a) which requires a minimum setback of 50 feet from a road right of way; and for permission for a canopy setback of 32.2 feet from the North Ridge right of way and 31.8 feet from the Bowhall right of way m violation of Section 12.05(H)(d) which requires a minimum setback of 40 feet from a road right of way; and for permission to operate a gas station on 0.892 acres in violation of Section 12.05(HQ(g) which requires no less than one (1) acre for this use; and for permission to leave a second access drive on North Ridge intact in violation of Section 12.05(H)(f) which limits a gas station on a comer lot to one (1) access drive per fronting street, on property located at 1860 North Ridge Road (Permanent Parcel No. 11-B-031-A-00-001-0). The text of the proposed request shall be available for examination commencing October 2,2014, in the Painesville Township Office, 55 Nye Road, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., on weekdays excepting holidays.
