News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE - PUBLIC NOTICE The Painesville Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 13, 3014, at 6:30 p.m. at 55 Nye Road, Painesville Township Hall, on the following: #14-ZC-03 The Painesville Township Zoning Commission requested adoption of proposed amendments to the text of Definitions and Sections 9, 17.05(A)(2), and 32.07 of the Painesville Township Zoning Resolution. #14-ZC-04 Eye-Will Development Inc. requested adoption of proposed amendment to the text of Section 32-Flexible Planned Unit Development District of the Painesville Township Zoning Resolution. The text of the proposed requests shall be available for examination commencing October 1, 2014, in the Painesville Township Office, 55 Nye Road, from 9;00 a.m, to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays excepting holidays. At the public hearings, the Township Zoning Commission shall consider the recommendations of the Lake County Planning Commission. After conclusion of the hearing, the recommendations will be forwarded to the Painesville Township Trustees for action as provided by law.
