News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE MADISON TOWNSHIP Statement of Qualifications for Towing Services will be received at the Madison Township Police Department at 2065 Hubbard Road, Madison, Ohio 44057, until 4:00 p.m. on October 9, 2014 for the purpose of providing towing services to Madison Township, Lake County, Ohio. All submissions must be on the forms provided by Madison Township. The forms may be obtained at the Madison Township Police Department at 2065 Hubbard Road, Madison, Ohio 44057. Submitted forms are to be in a sealed envelope presented with “Statement of Qualifications for Towing Services” clearly marked on the outside of the envelope and delivered to the Madison Township Police Department at 2065 Hubbard Road, Madison, Ohio 44057, on or before 4:00 p.m. October 9, 2014. Statement of Qualifications for Towing Services will be opened publicly on October 10, 2014 at the Madison Township Administration Building, 2065 Hubbard Road, Madison, Ohio 44057 at 10:00 a.m. The favorable submitter will enter into a contract with Madison Township in which they will be the exclusive towing service for the Madison Township Police. Madison Township reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the qualifications received, request additional information and to accept any submission which it deems most favorable.
