News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE Notice to Receive Proposals Proposals are being solicited for the provision of alcohol, drug addiction and mental health services through non-Medicaid service contracts with the Lake County ADAMHS Board (Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services). Proposals will be received for a full array of alcohol, drug addiction and mental health services to be provided to Lake County residents during State Fiscal Year 2014 (July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014). No proposals will be considered unless made on Proposal Forms furnished by the Lake County ADAMHS Board in accordance with instructions and specifications published by the Board. Instructions, specifications and forms may be obtained from the Lake County ADAMHS Board at One Victoria Place, Suite 205, Painesville, Ohio 44077 (440)352-3117, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday or on our website www.helpthatworks.us . A Proposers meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 1:00 p.m., in the Board's Conference Room at One Victoria Place, Suite 205, Painesville. Attendance is not mandatory. Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 pm, Wednesday, May 1, 2013 and will be assessed and evaluated by the Board during May and June.
