News-Herald, Village Of Fairport Harbor Legal Notice There will be a Public Hearing on Tuesday October 21, 2014, in the Village Hall Council Chambers, Fairport Harbor, Ohio, at 5:30 p.m., to hear comments from the public on amending Sections 1138.01(a) of the Codified Ordinances and adding new Section 1138.04(B) to the Codified Ordinances in order to allow a cluster home Planned Unit Development in the Marine Recreation Zoning District as a conditional use and an ordinance authorizing the rezoning of the 4.46 acre parcel owned by the Fairport V.F.W. Post 7754 that is located on High Street. The proposed amendments are on file for public viewing in the Fairport Harbor Village Clerk’s Office from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Friday.
