News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE INTENT TO REQUEST PROPOSALS/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ENERGY CONSERVATION MEASURES FOR THE GEAUGA COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES MCFARLAND MEMBRANE IMPROVEMENTS PURSUANT TO O.R.C. 307.041 Notice is hereby given that the Geauga County Board of Commissioners intends to request proposals for the Installation of Energy Conservation Measures ForThe Geauga County Department of Water Resources McFarland Membrane Improvement Project located 17630 Chagrin River Road, Bainbridge Township, Ohio. Any vendor of energy conservation measures for waste water treatment plant improvements including, but not limited to, membrane improvements, interested in receiving the request for proposals shall submit written notice to the Geauga County Board of Commissioners c/o Geauga County Department of Water Resources Attn: Douglas Bowen, Director, 470 Center Street, Bldg # 3, Chardon, Ohio 44024, not later than noon on October 6, 2014, the date on which the request for proposals will be mailed.
