News-Herald, PUBLIC NOTICE PASSAGE OF ORDINANCES/RESOLUTIONS Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Mentor, Ohio, duly passed and/or adopted the following Legislation on the 8th day of September, 2014: ORDINANCE NO. 14-O-84: An Ordinance amending Part One, Title Five, Chapter 151, of the Codified Ordinances Of The City Of Mentor, 2006, as amended, the same relating to employment policies, and declaring an emergency ORDINANCE NO. 14-O-85: An Ordinance Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into A Contract With Infinity Paving Company For The Edward Walsh Park Tennis And Basketball Court resurfacing project, and declaring an emergency RESOLUTION NO. 14-R-120: A Resolution of necessity and intent appropriating in, over and upon, by warranty deed and temporary construction easement, certain real property of Edward T. and Nancy L. Brown For The Heisley Road Phase 3 Project, and declaring an emergency RESOLUTION NO. 14-R-121: A Resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor, and declaring an emergency RESOLUTION NO. 14-R-122: A Resolution declaring the necessity of preparing estimated assessments for the construction of certain sidewalks in Zone 3B associated with the 2013 sidewalk repair and pedestrian safety program in the City of Mentor; ratifying and confirming publications; and declaring an emergency a complete text of the Legislation can be obtained or viewed at the office of the Clerk of Council.
