Willoughby, Ohio 44094 to hear the following appeal: The appeal of Tanya Bauduin for NOTICE OF NONCOMPLIANCE of C.O. 1131.11(a) for a proposed parking area in the required front setback adjacent to a driveway at 1021 Bellevue Dr. in a R-50 zoned district.
