News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by the Geauga Metropolitan Housing Authority (GMHA), at 385 Center Street, Chardon, Ohio 44024, until 11:00 A.M. local time, on Friday, September 19, 2014, at which time and place all proposals will be publicly opened and read for: Vinyl Floor Replacements at Cloverdale Estates I, Middlefield Township, Ohio Scranton Woods, Newbury Township, Ohio Specifications are on file at the GMHA, 385 Center Street, Chardon, Ohio 44024, and shall be obtained and bidders shall register only at that location, for a $50.00 non-refundable charge. No mail requests will be accepted. The above-mentioned documents are on file only for viewing at the Builders Exchange, Construction Bulletin, and Ohio Construction News. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held by the GMHA at 385 Center Street, Chardon, Ohio, 44024, on Wednesday, September 10,2014, at 10:00 A.M. All Bids must be accompanied by a 100% Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond or certified check in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid, payable to the GMHA, conditional that the bidder shall, if the bid is accepted, execute a contract in conformity to the invitation and his bid.
