The above-described parcel has a frontage of along the east line of Larchwood Drive of 58.53 feet, a length of 32.38 feet along the curve connecting the east side of Larchwood Drive with the southerly side of Woodland Road, a length along the southerly line of Woodland Road 171.54 feet, a width along the East line 103.80 feet and a depth along the south line 184.37 feet, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
