Part of said Sublot 30, Block No. 2, is further bounded and described as follows: Beginning at an iron pipe stake in the North Line of Edgewood Road said stake being North 89 deg, 59’ 30” West 133.33 feet along the North line of Edgewood Road from the intersection of the North line of Edgewood Road and the West line of Center Street (said intersection further being the intersection of the tangents to a return curved of a 50 feet radius); Thence continuing along the North line of Edgewood Road North 89 deg. 59’ 30” West 133.33 feet to an iron pipe stake; Thence North 1 deg. 24’ East 116.59 feet to an iron pipe stake in the North line of Sublot 30, Block No. 2, of E.A. Markham’s Mentor Acres Subdivision; Thence South 89 deg. 46’ East 133.33 feet along the said North line of Sublot 30, Block No. 2 to an iron pipe stake: Thence South 1 deg. 24’ West 116.04 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.3559 acres of land as surveyed in October 1955, and described by Donald J. Miller, Ohio Registered Surveyor No. 4174, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
