News-Herald, Notice Of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village of Waite Hill will hold a public hearing at 8:00 a.m., on Monday, August 25, 2014, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 7215 Eagle Road, Waite Hill, Ohio. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Ordinance No. 2014-11 (As Amended) An Ordinance Amending Section 1133.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Waite Hill, Ohio, to Eliminate the Need for Publication of Public Hearing Notices in a Newspaper of General Circulation. Copies of the Ordinance are on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of Waite Hill Village and said information may be viewed by those interested, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Village Hall.
