News-Herald, LEGAL Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the City of Willoughby Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in Willoughby Municipal Hall at One Public Sq. Willoughby, Ohio 44094 to hear the following appeal: Pursuant to C.O. 1109.09(f) the appeal of Todd Crockett of 38412 Piccadilly Sq. in a R-60 zoned district is for re-consideration of a variance of C.O. 1131.11(1)(1) granted May 8, 2013 to allow an approved 6’ high board-on-*board wood fence with a standard opening and with a 20’ setback from the right-of-way of the required 3’ height and 25’ setback from the right-of-way to remain at 15’ from the right-of-way as installed. Persons affected may appear at said hearing and may speak for or against the proposal either in person or by attorney.
