News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Painesville City Council adopted the following legislation on July 21, 2014: 1. Ordinance No. 12-14: An Ordinance amending Section 167.07 and 167.09 relating to the classification and compensation plan and declaring an emergency 2. Resolution No. 28-14: Establishing T&T Bakery’s Italian Bread as the official bread of Painesville 3. Resolution No. 29-14: A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to advertise for bids and enter into a contract, including any and all ensuing change orders, for asbestos abatement and demolition of the former hotel at 257 East Main Street and declaring an emergency 4. Resolution No. 30-14: A Resolution authorizing the City of Painesville, Ohio, to proceed with the demolition of an unsafe structure located at 415 Chardon Street and adjoining vacant land, in the City of Painesville, Lake County, Ohio, and to request the assistance and cooperation of the Lake County Land Reutilization Corporation in effecting the same and declaring an emergency. 5. Resolution No. 31-14: A Resolution authorizing the City of Painesville, Ohio, to proceed with the demolition of an unsafe structure located at 59 Nelson Street, in the City of Painesville, Lake County, Ohio, and to request the assistance and cooperation of the Lake County Land Reutilization Corporation in effecting the same and declaring an emergency.
