The South Russell Zoning Board of Appeals will meet Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. It will consider a variance request for a screened porch addition from Daniel McLain of 11 Daisy Lane. The application indicates a side yard of 23.9 feet. The minimum side yard requirement is 25 feet. A variance of 1.1 feet is needed to proceed. This hearing will be held at Village Hall, 5205 Chillicothe Road, South Russell. Please note, the zoning board can only consider sworn testimony in making its decisions.
