News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE - PUBLIC HEARING The Painesville Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold public hearings on Tuesday, July 8, 2014, at 6:30 p.m., at 55 Nye Road, Painesville Township Hall, on the following: #14-BZA-11 Ganley Village CDJR filed an application to allow a ground area expansion of 81% for a legal non- conforming use on property located at 2120 Mentor Avenue (Permanent Parcel No. 11 - A-014-D-00- 014-0), owned by Gary Miller, in violation of Section 7.04 which imposes a maximum ground area expansion of 10%. The proposed ground area expansion is designated for storage of new vehicle inventory. #14-BZA-12 Geo-Graphics Inc. on behalf of Thomas 5 Ltd. filed an application to add accessory uses of 1) drive- thru windows and 2) outdoor dining to the permitted use as a restaurant on property located at 1550 Mentor Avenue (Permanent Parcel No. 11 -A-016-A-00-011-0), owned by the Herman P. Wolfe Family P.L.L. #14-BZA-13 Geo-Graphics Inc. filed an application to allow 1) a zero green space sideline parking clearance on the right sideline and 2) a 6’ green space sideline parking clearance on the left sideline, in violation of Section 29.10(A) which requires a 10’ green space parking clearance on any sideline and 3) no 12’ wide delivery/loading parking space in violation of Section 29.09 which requires at least one such space on property located at 1550 Mentor Avenue (Permanent Parcel No. 11-A-016-A-00-011-0), owned by the Herman P. Wolfe Family P.L.L. The text of the proposed request shall be available for examination commencing June 26, 2014, in the Painesville Township Office, 55 Nye Road, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., on weekdays excepting holidays.
