News-Herald, LEGAL NOTICE The Board of Education of the Willoughby-Eastlake City School District (the “District”) is seeking proposals from entities interested in providing food operations and management services at the District’s school facilities (the “Services”). Entities interested in providing the Services may obtain from the District at the address set forth below its Request for Proposals detailing the procedures and conditions for submitting a proposal for the Services. Proposals should be submitted to the District at that same address not later than 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time on July 11, 2014. Proposals received after this date and time will not be accepted.
