Habberjam by deed dated April 29, 1950; Thence by a line parallel with the southwesterly line of said Habberjam’s land South 35° 57’ East a distance of 377.67 feet to an iron pin stake in the west line of land owned by Edward F. Kovach and Olga A. Jelercio; Thence along the west line of lands of said Kovach and Jelercio South 7 ° 09’ West a distance of 141.0 feet to an iron pipe stake at the northeasterly corner of land owned by M. Corena Casson; Thence along the northeasterly line of said Casson’s land, North 35 ° 57’ West a distance of 480.68 feet to an iron pipe stake in the southeasterly line of Johnnycake Ridge Road; Thence along said line of Johnnycake Ridge Road North 54 ° 03’ East a distance of 96.33 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.949 of an acre of land as surveyed and described by Fullerton and Kerr, Registered Engineers and Surveyors, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Thence South 35 ° 57’ 15” East, along said westerly line of land of McCoy, 10.1 feet to a point 40.00 feet RIGHT of Station 38+24.47; Thence South 60 ° 03’ 35” West, 96.86 feet to a point in the above said existing southerly right-of-way line of State Route 84 at its intersection with the easterly line of land of Paul J. Rini as recorded in Document No. 960020166 of Lake County Records, said point being 30.00 feet RIGHT of Station 37+27.72; Thence North 54 ° 02’ 45” East, along said existing southerly right-of-way line of State Route 84, 96.33 feet to the point of beginning and containing 489 square feet of land, more or less, as calculated and described in May, 1998 by Richard J. Bilski, Ohio Registered Surveyor No. 5244 of CT Consultants, Inc., Registered Engineers and Surveyors. Consisting of house and lot(s).
