PARCEL NO, 3 Non-Exclusive Storm Sewer Easement; Situated in the City of Wiilowick, Lake County, Ohio and being a part of Sublot No. 104 and 105 in Lukek Land Allotment Inc’s Bayridge Subdivision No. 6 of part of original Willoughby Township Lots Nos. 2, 3, 4, and 5, Tract No. 15 as shown by the Plat recorded In Volume M, Page 96-2 of Lake County Map Records and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: Being A Storm Sewer Easement, four and one-half (41/2) feet in width, two and one-quarter (2 1/4) feet on each side of the following described centerline, said measurement being by rectangular measurement: Beginning in the Southeasterly corner of Sublot No. 104 as aforesaid; which is also the Northeasterly corner of Sublot No. 105 in said Subdivision; Course I Thence North 0° 7’ 35” East along the Easterly or rear line of Sublot No. 104 as aforesaid, two and one-quarter (21/4) feet to a point; Course II Thence North 89° 52’ 25” West and parallel to the Southerly line of Sublot No. 104, which is also the Northerly line of Sublot No. 105 in said Subdivision, 147.00 feet to a point; Course III Thence North 60° 00’ 00” West approximately ten (10) feet to the lateral storm sewer in Charles Street, be the same more or less.
